How to gain the weight weight and muscle
Have you ever been picked on for being the skinny one in the lockeroom or the kid who other kids seemed to make fun of for lifting weights and never gainig that extra 5,10,20, lbs, Well that was me, I hated every single minute of it , I was a high school kid who would cry every day when my own friends would do the things that they did, So I took I began to take matters in my own hands, Work out every day 2 times a days stock up on my protein intake by buying protien shakes and eating protein bars , protein help the muscles from break down when your working out and help build up lean muscle mass, That what I wanted I wanted to be able to see my six pack see my chest, and I would stop until I got what I wanted.
Thats what I love to tell kids or even adults now when I see them in my same situation I was in, Remember I was 105 as a senior in highschool. I like to say to never give up building weight and musle is 10x harder then losing weight. People always used to tell me why would you want to gain weight, Most people are trying to lose not gain.
But if your in my situation or like me you know how hard it is to get those extra few punds on, uou know how bad it feels if some one you know or even didn’t know makes fun of you for the way you look, I began to take my life my looks in my own hands and started a daily systme for myself to make and gain the weight to put on the muscle. If you are serious about going muscle and gaing weight please make yourself happy and look the way you want
