However, an endocrinologist must be consulted to address the complexity of hormonal interactions in PCOS.

You need to plan an appropriate exercise program that just fits in your lifestyle and can be followed regularly. Swimming, dancing, riding a stationary bike and many more options are available. You may not lose weight but a regular exercise wipes of tension, prevents mood swings and makes your cardiovascular system stronger. Even if you are not able to lose weight, you should keep your exercise schedule up to date to prevent any diabetes risk.
