The B group vitamins include thiamine (Vitamin B1), riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, and biotin. One can easily get B vitamins in liquid so that they can be easily ingested unlike pills.

Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) is needed for catabolism of amino acids and fatty acids and for production of energy. Egg yolk, liver, kidney, avocado, cashew nuts, lentil and milk are rich sources Pantothenic acid.

Biotin promotes healthy hair and skin, helps in fatty acid production, aids in cell growth and helps in metabolism of food. Biotin can be obtained from soyabean, whole grain, egg, saltwater fish and milk.
