evening dress. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable with my back is full of

parts of my back.

The other reason for back acne is from the moisture left after bathing. Most of us tend not to wipe our backs properly after a bath and as we sweat and the body sheds dead cells daily which end up clogging the pores and eventually pimples will appear and increase as we neglect
the cleaning of that part of our body.

Back acne is treated just like the other acne on the body.
First I started taking special interest when cleaning the
back and drying it properly. The use of mild soaps and other
cleansers containing ingredients with lye soap, tea tree
oil, neem or basil is recommended, because these have anti-inflammatory,
antiseptic, and antibacterial properties. Next is the
application of ointment or creams with has some of the
above ingredients.

On the other hand you can use some of the over-the-counter products
from your drug store which can be effective. These medicines may contain benzoyl
peroxide and salicylic acid which are known to clear back acne.

If you have a severe case of back acne where the acne develop
into postules or cysts then you require the specialized care of
a dermatologist. The dermatologist could recommend an oral
medication to get into the root of the problem from the
inside. Back acne should be treated in time to avoid the acne
developing deep scars that would be permanent and need more
costly procedures to remove them.
