Meanwhile, you should avoid eating foods that are rich in saturated fat and trans-fatty acids such as egg yolks, poultry, whole milk dairy products, and processed foods.

Regular exercise can make you feel good and improve the health of your heart. This may be difficult to do at first, especially if you are used to a high-saturated fat and very minimal physical activity each day. But you will get used to it once you focus on reducing the bad in your body.
