• Visualize in your mind’s eye being completely healthy and disease free. It can’t hurt.
• Analyze what it is that you are doing that is contributing to high cholesterol. Go over each step of your life. Be ready to make changes.
• Never give up. High cholesterol can be corrected.
So don’t spend time looking for symptoms. Have your cholesterol checked and know where you stand. Life is so much more exciting when you have good health.
