have to replenish your body with food that contains
the protein and carbohydrates necessary to resupply
the cells that have broken down and need to regrow.
In the short run a good post workout meal would be
a premade drink that contains both carbs and
protein that will hold you over until you get your
properly made dinner at home.
Stretch. That’s a verb through and through. We
have all heard it before and most of us don’t pay
attention to stretching before and after a workout.
No wonder so many of us experience pulling
sensations in our hamstrings. But whether you are
a beginner who has just started a muscle workout
program or an experienced person who knows all
the proper techniques and forms, stretching is for
everyone.
Variety is a key component for growth. Again the
question is stated do you want a free muscle tip

the exercises in your routine on at least a monthly
basis will prevent your body from getting into a
comfort zone and not really reaching your potential
in your muscle gain. Do not use the same workout
