calorie-controlled so you can eat pretty much any one you
want. You can really learn alot about portion control from
lean cuisine or other such meals.
2) You need some fruits and vegetables to supplement these
meals or you may find yourself hungry from such small
portions. Snack with SOME type of fruits and veggies in
between meals. Apples, a banana, grapes make great snacks.
Celery with a dab of almond butter for variety and energy.
3) Take a daily multivitamin (look for ones that have 100%
of the essential vitamins), this is an important step.
4) Exercise is a must. Start with a short brisk walk around
the block in the morning after breakfast. After a few days
try adding another after dinner.
5) If you’re in the work force take part of your lunch
break and try to squeeze in another walk.
6) Stick with this plan for 2 weeks and watch the pounds
