Anti-Aging - Part 7-Prescribed Medicine Has Power but His Has More

February 23rd, 2010 by admin | No Comments | Filed in Uncategorized

Proverbs 17:22 “A joyful heart is good medicine” A powerful directive comes from the way each day is begun. This verse doesn’t criticize the use of prescribed medication but the medical connotation suggests that the major benefit of the joyful heart provides an array of side effects carrying the power of strong medicine.

It’s very easy for a negative experience to begin its powerful path on immediate entry. Signs heralding danger flash if the issue grows overnight to dominate morning thoughts.

Bedtime is not always the time we’re aware of a thought possibly planting the basis of a major mental challenge over the next few years. A pain killer may be taken but this will be just the beginning of numerous packets if the issue is not suitably dealt with on immediate recognition.

A joyful heart can only be achieved when negative thoughts have been dealt with and totally removed. Instruction on their elimination is simple but clear and precise.

A daily early morning clean out and refiring will not only change the day but provide a level of joy that keeps away unidentified beginnings from more serious challenges.

The heart is an amazing piece of machinery and equally sensitive to both right and wrong input. Unfortunately wrong content can last longer and have a more powerful experience by growing with daily feeding.

Why Can’t I Lose Weight?

January 25th, 2010 by admin | No Comments | Filed in Uncategorized

We have all been there. When we were younger, we could eat like a horse and never gain weight. Now 10, 20, or 30 years later, if we look at food, we gain weight.

This report on weight loss tips will give you the insight that you knew all along, but with your day-to-day struggles to you were blinded by your lack of weight loss. We will cover 3 main points that will help you

1. O Metabolism, Metabolism! wherefore art thou Metabolism?

Going back to the time when you were younger, you were full of energy. Your metabolism was high and running around as a kid or young adult you just burned calories right and left. Your body was like a hummingbird, just give me sugar and I can still .

But now, we have aged a little bit (some more than others) and we are not as active as we once were.

Instead of walking or biking down to the local store, we jump into our SUV and drive there. Worse yet we order it online. Work today is more sedentary than it was for our parents.

Weight loss tip number 1, get up, and get moving.

If you haven’t exercised in some time start off by walking. There is one girl in town that walked about 30 minutes every day and lost 200 pounds after a year and a half.

2. Come on everybody, we can using the latest fad.

I have tried them all, you have tried them all. I bet we both still need to .

How many times have you read where someone lost 50 pounds only to gain back 75.

The low fat, no fat, no carb, cabbage soup, latest Hollywood craze, chew it and spit it out , come on get real. IF, you were honest with yourself you know the only way to is to eat less calories than what you burn. It is that simple. Everything that the late night hucksters will tell you boils down to that.

Weight loss tip number 2, eat a balanced healthy . If you have problems with portion control try some of the excellent frozen food products that really do taste good. They ain’t your momma’s TV dinners.

3. Check your emotions at the door.

Easier said than done, right.

We all know that people turn to comfort food when they feel down. That piece of chocolate or that bowl of ice cream, yum.

Stop it, you know the connection between emotions and food.

Emotions are a big reason why we are not slim, trim and racy.

Weight loss tip number 3. Fool yourself.

Use some of these tricks to trick yourself. When you feel the urge because of the emotional roller coaster,

* Call a friend

* Go for a walk

* Read

* Take a Shower

* Drink water

I told my wife, if it is in the house I will eat it, if it isn’t I won’t crave it.

Well I hope this small article helps you to lose all the weight you want to lose. Remember these three things.

1. Get moving with exercise

2. Balanced approach to your

3. Don’t use food as your excuse, use it for the proper fuel you need.

Your success is now up to you, I wish you all the success in your weight loss program.

Natural Anti Aging Supplements - Which Ones Really Work?

January 17th, 2010 by admin | No Comments | Filed in Uncategorized

DHEA has gained popularity as a natural supplement recently. DHEA is a hormone that is naturally made by the human body and can be converted into the hormones Estrogen and Testosterone. When a person begins to age, their levels of this hormone begin to drop. Some claim that supplements containing will slow the effects of aging by promoting the growth of muscle, burn fat, and increase the strength of bones. A study conducted by the Mayo Clinic backs some medical claims connected to DHEA, while fracturing others. The study involved eighty seven men and fifty seven women over the age of sixty for two years.

The participants had low levels of the hormone when the study began and when taking supplements the level reached a normal level. According to this study a fair level of evidence shows that DHEA supplements benefit adrenal insufficiency and that DHEA supplements may help with weight loss and lupus. Evidence for increased muscle strength, immunity, and memory was debunked. TwinLab MaxiLife is the most popular brand on the market at this time. It contains what the brand claims to be the most potent DHEA available, 7-Keto.

CoEnzyme Q10 has been indicated in many studies as an effective supplement. CoEnzyme Q10 is made by the body and is key for the proper cellular activity and function. Aging lowers the amount of CoEnzyme Q10 in the body. Supplements have been found to assist in a number of ailments. The supplement has caused small decreases in blood pressure, reduced angina, and may slow down the progression of Alzheimer’s Disease. In a few small scale studies, CQ10 has shown a reduction in deaths, abnormal heart rhythms, and second hearts attacks when taken three days after a heart attack.

Many proponents of the supplement have proclaimed CQ10 as a wonder supplement, though more studies are being conducted to determine which diseases may be affected in a positive manner. There are a low number of side effects reported with the use of CQ10. Most are mild and brief, such as a loss of appetite, irritability, and skin itching/rash. A popular brand of CoQ10 can be found at GNC. GNC CoQ10 is strictly processed and tested to meet high industry standards and surpass them.

Green Tea, black tea, and oolong tea are all made from the same plant, Camellia sinensis and has been used in China for close to five thousand years. Scientific evidence is unclear on the benefits of green tea, though more studies are occurring every year and most, according to the Mayo Clinic, are promising in many areas. One well documented case has a popular tea for fertility, FertilityBlend, cited for helping some women conceive. There is also evidence that green tea may assist in protecting against heart attack, high , , mental alertness, prostrate cancer, and even slowing the breakdown of cartilage. The side effects of green tea are limited to adverse reactions to those with tea or tannin and those sensitive to caffeine. Decaffeinated versions are readily available. Green tea can be purchased under many brand names with Lipton becoming increasingly popular for offering the beneficial supplement in a more affordable package.

Care should be taken before embarking on any change to and health. Carefully research any claims made by a manufacturer and consult a doctor before making changes or using any product. Natural products are a healthy alternative to synthetics, but even natural products can cause unwanted side effects if not taken as directed.
